Terms

• Investment & Support
  We invest in your brand for up to two years, providing the resources and guidance needed for success. In exchange, we take a 20% ownership stake during the service period and 10% thereafter.

• Sales Commissions
  During the agreement, we take a 15% commission on wholesale sales and serve as your exclusive retail agent outside China.
